1. How will the raffle draw be conducted?
The raffle draw will be conducted in a lottery-style draw by ticket numbers. Each ticket number will be verified through the records submitted by the sellers.
2. Do I need to be present during the raffle draw to win?
No, winners do not need to be present during the draw. However, you must present your winning ticket and a valid ID to claim your prize.
3. How do I remit my ticket sales?
Please remit your ticket sales to our East West Bank account and send a copy of the control list with all the necessary details, including the buyer's name, contact details, and the solicitor's name.
4. What happens if there's a discrepancy between the name on the winning ticket and the name in the master list?
In the event of a discrepancy, the raffle committee will investigate. The decision will be at the discretion of the committee and will be final.
5. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-transferable once sold and recorded. The name on the ticket should match the control list submitted by the seller. The name provided must be an individual.
6. How will I be notified if I win?
Winners will be notified through the contact information provided when purchasing the ticket. Details on how to claim the prize will be provided at that time.
7. What are the prizes?
The Grand Prize is ₱1,000,000.00, the 2nd Prize is ₱100,000.00, the 3rd Prize is ₱50,000.00, and there are five Consolation Prizes of ₱10,000.00 each.
8. When is the raffle draw date?
The raffle draw will take place on February 8, 2025, at St. Scholastica’s Academy, San Fernando, Open Field.
9. What do I need to claim my prize?
You will need to present your winning ticket and a valid ID to claim your prize. A screenshot or picture of the ticket is also acceptable.

Eligibility: Open to all individuals who purchase tickets. Age Requirement: Legal age to purchase raffle tickets. 6. Rules and Regulations: Purchase a raffle ticket to enter. Method of Draw:Use a drum with five compartments for a lottery-style draw.Draw one slip or ball from each compartment (ten-thousands, thousands, hundreds, tens, units).Combine digits to form the winning number.Ensure randomness and transparency. 9.
